Canceling a subscription

You can use the Billing page to manage or cancel your PayPal subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current or a completed billing period.

Requesting a refund

Submit the form on the Billing page or submit a secure message from your signed-in account. Include the PayPal transaction ID, payment date, amount, and reason. Never send a password or full payment credential.

Review and payment

We manually review duplicate charges, confirmed service failures, mistaken purchases, and rights provided by applicable law. Approved refunds are sent through PayPal to the original funding source. PayPal and the funding institution control posting time.

Disputes and mandatory rights

You may respond to the review or use PayPal's dispute process. Statutory cancellation, refund, and consumer rights that cannot be waived take priority over this policy.
