Information we process

We process account details, uploaded documents, task metadata, PayPal identifiers, support communications, and security logs to provide, bill, maintain, and protect the service. We do not store full card details or PayPal passwords.

Document processing and retention

Documents are processed only to perform the task requested by the user and are not used for advertising profiles or model training. Free-plan inputs and outputs are retained for one day. Premium retention is shown in the account. Users may delete task records earlier.

Service providers

PayPal processes payments. Hosting, storage, database, email, monitoring, and security providers may process the minimum information required to provide their services under applicable agreements.

Advertising and cookies

The service does not currently load third-party advertising cookies. If advertising is introduced, this policy and the collection notice will identify the providers, purposes, choices, and any sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out required by applicable U.S. state law before those technologies are enabled.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to appeal a denied request. Contact send a secure message. We may verify identity before completing a request.

Security and children

We use access controls, isolated storage paths, file validation, and scheduled deletion, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The service is not directed to children under 13.
