Information we process
We process account details, uploaded documents, task metadata, PayPal identifiers, support communications, and security logs to provide, bill, maintain, and protect the service. We do not store full card details or PayPal passwords.
Document processing and retention
Documents are processed only to perform the task requested by the user and are not used for advertising profiles or model training. Free-plan inputs and outputs are retained for one day. Premium retention is shown in the account. Users may delete task records earlier.
Service providers
PayPal processes payments. Hosting, storage, database, email, monitoring, and security providers may process the minimum information required to provide their services under applicable agreements.
Advertising, recommendations, and cookies
Essential browser storage is used to operate security, account, and privacy-choice features. Optional preference storage is disabled unless you consent. If enabled, it may remember tools viewed, recommendation categories selected, and affiliate recommendation clicks on My PDF Helper so we can provide more relevant suggestions and measure aggregate performance. It does not give us access to your Amazon account, orders, searches, or activity on other websites. Uploaded document contents, file names, and OCR text are not used to build advertising or shopping profiles.
You may reject optional storage and still use the PDF tools. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using in the footer.
We use Google AdSense on selected public content pages. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure, and personalize advertising where permitted. Advertising is not loaded on account, billing, upload-processing, result, download, or privacy pages, and uploaded document contents, file names, and OCR text are never shared with Google for advertising.
Where required, Google's certified consent platform asks for your choices before non-essential advertising storage is used. You can revisit those choices through the privacy controls shown on the site. You can also learn about and control Google's advertising data use at Google's advertising policies and My Ad Center.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to appeal a denied request. Contact send a secure message. We may verify identity before completing a request.
Security and children
We use access controls, isolated storage paths, file validation, and scheduled deletion, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The service is not directed to children under 13.
